Manage client portfolios for patent prosecution in US, PCT, and foreign applications by creating, revising, and filing prosecution documents and corresponding with foreign associates. This role supports intellectual property attorneys by ensuring timely reporting and compliance with official correspondence.
Responsibilities
- Manage client portfolios, including all filings and correspondence for US, PCT, and foreign prosecution
- Create, revise, and file all prosecution documents in US and PCT applications
- Correspond with foreign associates regarding all aspects of foreign prosecution
- Timely report official correspondence concerning prosecution matters
- Support various intellectual property attorneys to provide excellent client service
- Prepare and file, or instruct, on all aspects of US, PCT, and foreign prosecution
- Draft formality documents and attend to document legalization where necessary
- Comply with priority document requirements
- Review and maintain a docket of associated deadlines of assigned clients
- Timely report official communications to the client and foreign associates
