About This Role

This internship provides support in Human Talent Management and Remuneration processes, assisting with recruitment, selection, induction, personnel administration, training, performance evaluation, and compensation management.

Responsibilities

• Support recruitment and selection processes (job posting, CV filtering, interview coordination)
• Collaborate in personnel document management (files, contracts, physical and digital archives)
• Support the execution and follow-up on induction, training, and development programs
• Participate in the application and processing of performance evaluations, work environment assessments, and internal surveys
• Provide support in activities related to remunerations and compensations
• Update personnel databases
• Support control of changes (hires, departures, changes)
• Participate in organizational culture activities and internal communication
• Perform administrative and operational support tasks for the Human Talent area

Requirements

• Letter of internship request issued by the university (if selected)

Qualifications

• Student in final semesters of Organizational Psychology, Labor Psychology, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields with a focus on Human Talent Management and Remunerations
