The Parts Manager will lead the Parts department personnel and operations, ensuring excellent customer service and departmental profitability. This role involves managing budgets, plans, and fostering a safe work environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage annual department budgets, business plans, objectives, and goals
- Maintain targeted profitability levels for the department
- Develop and grow parts personnel
- Promote a safe work environment
- Travel for training and/or to assist at other locations
- Work closely with internal and external customers to address concerns and promote quality, safety, and service
Requirements
- More than three years’ experience in a related field
- Previous management experience
- Profit/loss management experience
- Ability to empower and develop employees
- Strong communication skills
Qualifications
- More than three years’ experience in a related field and previous management experience
