Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist them in identifying and ordering the right automotive parts
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to customers
• Accurately process parts orders, returns, and exchanges
• Maintain and organize inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels
• Collaborate with the service and sales teams to fulfill customer needs
• Keep up-to-date with product information and industry trends
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer inquiries or concerns

Requirements

Qualifications
