Manage relationships with top and emerging partners, focusing on data analysis, partner program management, and inbound partner inquiries within the music and entertainment industry.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption
- Support on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team
- Partner with various cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
- Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues
Requirements
- Strong operational background with focus on data analysis and process improvement
- 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
- Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
- Experience working directly with Entertainment partners
- Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital or Entertainment
- Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders
- Experience with Data Analysis
- Experience with public presentations to a diverse audience
Qualifications
- 2-4 years of work experience, ideally working with data/process improvement

- Fluent in Spanish
