About This Role

Manage relationships with top and emerging partners, focusing on data analysis, partner program management, and inbound partner inquiries within the music and entertainment industry.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Partner Solutions Managers and Strategic Partner Managers to analyze the performance of partner accounts/pages to identify areas of improvement and/or opportunities for product adoption
  • Support on partner performance, goal tracking, market trends and forecasting to identify potential challenges or opportunities for the in-market team
  • Partner with various cross-functional teams across Operations, Programs, and Partnerships
  • Anticipate bottlenecks, balance business objectives and needs versus technical and operational constraints and adjudicate between internal stakeholder groups to resolve blocking issues

Requirements

  • Strong operational background with focus on data analysis and process improvement
  • 3+ years of experience in consulting, strategic partnerships, account, partner, or project management
  • Knowledge of the music and entertainment ecosystem
  • Experience working directly with Entertainment partners
  • Industry experience in Tech, Social Media, Digital or Entertainment
  • Self-starter, comfortable prioritizing work streams and communicating these priorities to leadership and stakeholders
  • Experience with Data Analysis
  • Experience with public presentations to a diverse audience

Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of work experience, ideally working with data/process improvement

Nice to Have

  • Fluent in Spanish
