This Partnerships Coordinator will manage influencer and UGC programs, acting as the bridge between creators and the brand. This role involves sourcing talent, managing campaigns from brief to performance, and building enduring ambassador relationships for Stasis.
Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end management of influencer campaigns: sourcing, outreach, negotiation, briefing, content review and performance tracking
- Build and nurture a pipeline of creators across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
- Manage our UGC program – coordinating briefs, timelines, and asset delivery to fuel paid creative
- Track contracts, payments, and deliverables with obsessive organization
- Analyze campaign performance and surface insights that sharpen targeting and improve ROI
- Scout new talent and partnership opportunities that align with Stasis' brand and growth goals
- Keep our creator CRM and project management systems current and actionable
Requirements
- Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, UGC marketing, or a related field
- A genuine feel for social platforms and what makes content perform
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Passion for wellness, cognitive performance, or functional nutrition
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Qualifications
- Experience in partnerships, influencer marketing, UGC marketing, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM, influencer platforms, project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana)
