Martin LLP is seeking a seasoned and entrepreneurial attorney to join their commercial litigation practice group as a lateral partner, driving business growth and handling complex disputes. This role involves managing high-stakes cases and collaborating with a team of experienced lawyers.
Responsibilities
- Manage high-stakes commercial litigation cases from inception through resolution
- Lead complex commercial disputes and employ exceptional writing and trial skills
- Contribute to the growth and development of the firm
- Collaborate with other partners and associates within the firm
- Build client relationships to generate a pipeline of commercial litigation matters
Requirements
- Extensive experience with complex commercial disputes
- Exceptional writing and trial skills
- Ability to manage high-stakes cases from inception through resolution
- Entrepreneurial spirit and collaborative approach
- Desire to contribute to the growth and development of the firm
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships leading to a pipeline of commercial litigation matters
- Significant portable book of business
