Part-Time Warehouse Associate Nights

About This Role

This role involves stocking, picking, packing, and shipping customer orders for Cencora's distribution services, ensuring accurate inventory and maintaining a clean work environment in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work-related injuries
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or distribution operations
• 1+ years of experience operating RF Scanning equipment
• Ability to work in a climate-controlled facility
• Ability to read and understand the English language
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting distribution standards
• Motivated, hard-working and dependable; attendance and punctuality are very important
• Able to work the specified shift hours plus overtime
• Able to perform repetitive and manual tasks on a consistent basis
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively
• Comfortable walking up to 8 miles per shift
• Ability to stand for long periods of time

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in warehouse or distribution operations in a fast-paced supply chain environment

Nice to Have

• Previous forklift experience (Reach Truck, Cherry Picker, or Stand-Up preferred)
• Previous Forklift Certification
