Part-Time Warehouse Associate

About This Role

Support daily warehouse operations by performing inbound receiving, inventory processing, contractor coordination, and shipping support in a part-time capacity at Distinctivs® Party.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and verify incoming products and materials
• Accurately enter all received items into the inventory system in coordination with the Operations Coordinator
• Ensure inventory records are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Coordinate weekly pick-ups and drop-offs with independent product assemblers
• Manage scheduling and flow of products to support remote assembly operations
• Organize products and enter shipment data to prepare boxes and pallets for fulfillment centers
• Stage outbound shipments in designated loading areas for the shipping team
• Safely operate a basic pallet jack to move materials as needed
• Maintain clear, organized inventory placement throughout the warehouse
• Assist with hands-on product assembly as needed to support production flow

Requirements

• Ability to lift and handle up to 50 lbs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable working independently and communicating clearly
• Experience with packing and shipping methods that meet carrier requirements
• Solid basic computer skills
