Part-Time Universal Banker 1

About This Role

This role is a customer-facing position within the retail branches, providing exceptional front-line service and sales. It involves processing customer transactions, handling account maintenance, and cross-selling the bank's products.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by processing customer transactions and handling account maintenance, both in person and on the telephone
• Operate Teller window, maintain acceptable outages, and handle appropriate cash limits while adhering to policies for compliance
• Open and close basic accounts and services with accuracy and in accordance with bank policies and regulations
• Cross-sell bank's products and services and make referrals for investment, mortgage, and business banking products
• Meet individual, team, and branch performance metrics and sales goals, and participate in team meetings and training
• Perform basic opening and closing duties independently, assist with back-office tasks, and balance ATMs and process deposits
• Float to other bank branches as needed and comply with all bank policies, procedures, and applicable banking laws and regulations

Requirements

• 0-2 Years of banking experience
• Experience handling cash
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) or similar software
• Driver's license

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 0-2 years of banking experience.

Nice to Have

• Experience in customer service
• Experience with Cleartouch, Nautilus, various government and investor software/web portals
• Experience with CRM
