This part-time, on-site Receptionist / Office Assistant position manages front desk operations, handles inquiries, processes payments, and provides general administrative support for a property management company.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day front desk operations
- Answer phone calls and manage walk-ins
- Greet clients and handle incoming inquiries
- Take payments
- Provide general office support
- Perform clerical duties such as filing and organizing
- Order office supplies
- Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality
- Fulfill out-of-office errands like post office or Magistrate Courts runs
Requirements
- Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
- Strong Clerical Skills (filing, calculating payment totals, organizational abilities)
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus
