About This Role

This part-time, on-site Receptionist / Office Assistant position manages front desk operations, handles inquiries, processes payments, and provides general administrative support for a property management company.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day front desk operations
  • Answer phone calls and manage walk-ins
  • Greet clients and handle incoming inquiries
  • Take payments
  • Provide general office support
  • Perform clerical duties such as filing and organizing
  • Order office supplies
  • Assist with administrative tasks to ensure smooth office functionality
  • Fulfill out-of-office errands like post office or Magistrate Courts runs

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
  • Strong Clerical Skills (filing, calculating payment totals, organizational abilities)
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus
