Part Time Bilingual Care Ambassador

About This Role

This role involves enrolling Medicare patients into a monthly check-in program through outbound cold calling. As a Care Ambassador, you will explain program benefits, address patient questions, and encourage enrollment while thoroughly documenting all interactions.

Responsibilities

• Cold call Medicare patients using specialized enrollment software, aiming for around 15 calls/hour
• Clearly explain care program benefits, eligibility, and parameters to patients
• Answer patient questions with empathy and accuracy, ensuring their understanding
• Motivate and encourage patients to enroll, overcoming objections when necessary
• Accurately and thoroughly document every call and patient interaction in the system
• Track and communicate recurring questions, issues, and feedback to management
• Stay up to date on program details and best practices for patient outreach

Requirements

• At least TWO years of outbound PHONE sales experience
• Fluent in both English and Spanish
• Demonstrated experience with high-volume cold calling
• Very strong closing skills

Qualifications

• At least two years of outbound phone sales experience
