About This Role

Manage the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of digital performance media campaigns, with a focus on paid search and eCommerce, to achieve client goals and contribute to the growth of Bloom Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage accounts and campaigns for Paid Search initiatives
  • Oversee all cross-brand campaigns, coordinating planning, activation, and reporting
  • Support Account teams through client and team collaboration
  • Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and agency partners
  • Understand client goals and maximize success through tactical strategies and technologies
  • Create and deliver effective media plan details for integrated paid search and advertising campaigns
  • Develop, optimize, and maintain paid search campaigns, coordinating assets and managing budgets
  • Brainstorm and research targeting and copy ideas for specific campaigns, including new betas
  • Develop, execute, and test across campaign variables to create client-specific insights
  • Analyze and report data on daily, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc basis

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing experience
  • 3+ years of SEM experience
  • Strong working understanding of the digital advertising industry and platforms
  • Demonstrable experience working on enterprise level media accounts with large ($1M+) budgets
  • Proven ability to understand high-level client goals and translate into paid media strategy
  • Understanding of broader media planning and buying
  • Process oriented with strong time management skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate processes and tactics
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Excellent quantitative and qualitative analysis skills

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of marketing experience and 3+ years of SEM experience

Nice to Have

  • Experience in web analytics, ad tracking, and other biddable media
  • Technical background (conversion tagging, FTP, HTML, SQL)
