Overnight Luxury Valet Parking Attendant

About This Role

This role is responsible for the safe and efficient parking of guest vehicles, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring all company and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Mobilize and coordinate beginning-to-end valet process including retrieving keys, parking vehicles, and issuing tickets or using electronic devices
• Build customer rapport, address inquiries, and provide directions to ensure customer satisfaction
• Interface with guests, open vehicle doors, and unload vehicles acting as a company brand ambassador
• Deploy vehicle safety and security procedures by directing traffic, barricading positions, inspecting for damage, and reporting incidents
• Reconcile end-of-shift revenue by requesting and collecting relevant fees
• Meet and greet all guests upon arrival, opening guest vehicle doors and assisting with unloading
• Park guest cars in appropriate spaces, ensuring safe and appropriate operation of guest vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for preexisting damage, recording information using electronic device or manual ticket
• Quickly retrieve vehicles for waiting guests, assisting with loading luggage or personal items
• Communicate professionally at all times with guests, clients, and teammates

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles (stick shift)
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Acceptable driving record and motor vehicle report (MVR)

Qualifications

• Previous valet experience preferred
