Overnight Housekeeping and Guest Services Specialist

About This Role

This role primarily focuses on maintaining the cleanliness of rooms and public spaces at Albemarle Estate, ensuring impeccable property standards. It also involves delivering exceptional guest services, from check-ins to providing estate tours, to create an outstanding guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, personalized guest service by anticipating needs, accommodating special requests, welcoming and checking in guests, assisting with luggage, providing estate tours, and handling check-outs accurately and professionally.
• Maintain impeccable property standards through regular inspections and thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces, using approved equipment and supplies.
• Manage inventory and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Support front desk and reservation operations by assisting with bookings, modifications, and cancellations in the property management system.
• Respond to guest inquiries via phone and email regarding reservations, amenities, and activities.
• Coordinate closely with the maintenance team by identifying issues, logging repair needs, and ensuring timely resolution.
• Provide food and beverage service, including preparing basic menu items and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow all cash handling, credit, and gift card procedures.
• Adhere to safety, security, and emergency protocols.
• Assist with general office tasks or cross-coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• College degree or a minimum of two years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or a related field
• 2+ years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, or a related field preferred
