Join the Lyle Rents Team as an Outside Equipment Sales Representative to drive rental and sales growth by building relationships with contractors and businesses in Baldwin County, Alabama. You will represent a trusted brand of high-performance construction equipment.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and develop new customers in Baldwin County and surrounding regions
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing accounts
- Provide customers with equipment rental and purchase solutions tailored to their needs
- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and industry updates
- Work closely with the operations team to ensure timely equipment delivery and customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Proven experience in equipment rental, sales, or construction-related industry
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with the ability to manage your own schedule and territory
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
