About This Role

Execute a focused outreach plan within the LegalTech market to build visibility for Accountability in Action, an advisor specializing in AI deployment for legal workflows.

Responsibilities

Execute outreach and follow-ups via email to bar associations, lawyer associations, and CPA associations
Coordinate shipping of books and materials to confirmed recipients
Track all contacts, follow-ups, and outcomes in a Google Sheet
Promote and send out books
Engage to provide expertise through articles, client alerts, and blog posts
Engage for speaking engagements and executive briefings

Requirements

Highly organized and reliable
Strong communication and writing skills
Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn

Nice to Have

Some admin/coordination experience
Curiosity and openness to learning about AI and the legal industry
Background in marketing, public relations, or a related field
Ability to use AI tools
