Outreach & Enrollment Specialist

About This Role

The Outreach & Enrollment Specialist is responsible for engaging and enrolling eligible health plan members into Renalogic's ImpactCare and ImpactAdvocate programs. This role requires in-depth program knowledge, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and the ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours.

Responsibilities

• Make calls and outreaches in English and Spanish to describe program benefits
• Engage with and enroll eligible health plan members into ImpactCare and/or ImpactAdvocate programs
• Meet call volume and enrollment requirements, revising approach as needed using multiple communication forms
• Determine eligibility and perform enrollment/disenrollment processes to ensure compliance
• Partner cross-functionally with operational business units, supporting departmental and regulatory guidelines
• Obtain missing information and data to complete enrollment questionnaires and document important information
• Contact provider offices to obtain information such as fax numbers and request medical records
• Document all outreach efforts in compliance with HIPAA and for departmental transparency
• Document health data, identify potential cost containment opportunities, and refer high-risk situations to Health Coaches/Care Managers
• Complete claims and pre-certification reviews as needed

Requirements

• 1 year of outbound call and/or enrollment experience
• 1 year of experience selling a program or product to a consumer
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Ability to work Pacific Standard Time hours
• Remote work experience
• Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year
• Strong technological skills including Microsoft products

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of outbound call and/or enrollment experience and at least 1 year of experience selling a program or product to a consumer. Remote work experience is required.
