Lead out-of-school time programs at an elementary level, coordinating services, developing inclusive programming, and fostering strong relationships with staff, families, and students.
Responsibilities
- Lead out of school time programs at the elementary level
- Coordinate programs and services including school age care, targeted services, and youth enrichment
- Build strong relationships with staff, families, and students
- Develop rich, varied, and inclusive programming opportunities for diverse youth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in early learning, child/youth development, child psychology, social work, recreation, or related field OR equivalent experience
- Minimal experience working with youth, supervising staff teams, developing and implementing programs, and/or providing work direction and coaching to others
- CPR/First Aid certification required within six (6) months of hire
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with coursework in early learning, child/youth development, child psychology, social work, recreation, or related field
- Minimal experience working with youth, supervising staff teams, developing and implementing programs, and/or providing work direction and coaching to others, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
