Operations & Logistics Lead

About This Role

This role is for an execution-focused Operations & Logistics Lead to own and stabilize day-to-day operations for a growing wellness product company. This position is critical to improving production, inventory, logistics, and customer support, ensuring efficiency and quality as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Own daily production operations, ensuring units are built on time, within quality standards, and at target cost
• Break down production into clear, repeatable workflows to improve builder efficiency
• Lead and manage a production team of approximately 2–8 builders
• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements to reduce build time, errors, and rework
• Own procurement of raw materials and components
• Maintain accurate inventory levels to prevent shortages or overstock
• Build and manage vendor relationships to improve pricing, reliability, and lead times
• Manage domestic shipping for completed units and replacement parts
• Oversee operational aspects of customer support related to parts replacement and fulfillment
• Drive initiatives to reduce Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) through vendor negotiations, bulk purchasing, and process optimization
