This role involves ensuring Cleo’s products are optimized for success by managing complaints, processing disputes, and supporting bank partners. The Operations Analyst will work cross-functionally with product, engineering, compliance, and external partners.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the management of complaints policy, including investigation and response to escalated complaints and quality assurance checks on tracking documents
- Assist with the investigation and response to customer transaction disputes and credit disputes in line with internal procedures and regulatory timeframes
- Support bank partners with requests that require Cleo investigation and action
- Assist in the creation and improvement of processes key to the operation of Cleo’s products
Requirements
- Experience problem solving in a fast-paced environment
- Detail oriented and good at spotting trends
- Strong communicator and adept at facilitating cross-functional workstreams
- Analytical approach to work and comfortable working with data across various tools
- Customer focused and operate with end users' best interest
- Based in EST
Nice to Have
- Experience with credit or debit card operational processes
- Experience working in a start up environment
- Knowledge of the US financial landscape
- Any level of SQL expertise
