Operational Support Lead (Field & Logistics)

About This Role

Support warehouse operations, event setup/tear-down, and light field service work in a flexible, hands-on role. This position is ideal for an organized and adaptable individual comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

• Unload trucks and stage materials for installation
• Maintain accurate inventory of all stock materials
• Update CRM as shipments are received
• Keep warehouse and surrounding grounds clean and organized
• Assist with event show setup and teardown
• Perform light service work in the field as needed
• Communicate with internal teams regarding materials, scheduling, and needs

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
• Adaptable and able to switch tasks quickly and easily
• Good communication skills
• Reliable transportation and strong attendance
