This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a Land Surveying and Engineering firm's office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Office Manager/Office Admin will coordinate schedules, maintain supplies, and support staff.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the office
- Manage schedules
- Coordinate meetings
- Maintain office supplies
- Ensure efficient operation of office equipment
- Handle correspondence
- Provide administrative assistance to staff
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and maintaining positive client relationships
Requirements
- Strong administrative skills
- Proficiency in managing and using Office Equipment
- Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Experience in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
- Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
- Attention to detail
- Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Qualifications
- Associate degree or Bachelor’s in business administration or a related field is preferred

- Prior experience in office management or a related administrative role
