About This Role

This role involves overseeing the daily operations of a Land Surveying and Engineering firm's office, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring excellent customer service. The Office Manager/Office Admin will coordinate schedules, maintain supplies, and support staff.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of the office
  • Manage schedules
  • Coordinate meetings
  • Maintain office supplies
  • Ensure efficient operation of office equipment

Requirements

  • Proficiency in managing and using Office Equipment
  • Excellent Communication abilities, both verbal and written
  • Experience in Customer Service and maintaining client relationships
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities
  • Attention to detail
  • Proficiency in office management software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Qualifications

  • Associate degree or Bachelor’s in business administration or a related field is preferred
