Fuller Resources is seeking an experienced Office Manager/Receptionist to oversee daily operations and provide a welcoming front-of-house experience. This role supports an investment platform serving global family offices and institutional clients, ensuring a seamless and elevated environment for all stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary host for all guests and partners with warmth and polish
- Manage meeting hospitality including coffee, refreshments, room setup, and reset
- Maintain immaculate office standards, addressing cleanliness proactively
- Own conference room scheduling, digital signage, and vendor relationships
- Liaise with building management as needed
- Plan and execute internal and client-facing events
- Manage gifting programs for clients, employees, and partners
- Proactively anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues
Requirements
- 5+ years office management experience
- Event planning experience (internal and external)
- Willingness to perform hands-on operational tasks
- Warm, approachable personality with natural hospitality instincts
- Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools
- Excellent judgment and absolute discretion
Qualifications
- 5-10 years of professional experience, 5+ of which managing an office (ideally in finance, legal, or professional services)
Nice to Have
- High-touch client experience background strongly preferred
- Experience managing offices in finance, legal, or professional services
