About This Role

The Office Administrator is responsible for managing general reception and providing administrative support to the on-site Team Leader. This role involves handling telephone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining office organization, and coordinating various office operations.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
  • Maintain office appearance, including cleanliness of closing rooms after each transaction
  • Maintain, order, receive, and organize all office supplies
  • Coordinate maintenance and repairs of all office equipment
  • Code and review all office related bills for accuracy and prepare daily deposits
  • Assist on-site Team Leader with new hire orientation, training plans, and PerformanceOne tasks
  • Troubleshoot and assist with office day-to-day issues

Requirements

  • 3+ years experience in an office environment
  • Excellent computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
  • Strong written, oral communication, and proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in word processing, email, and data entry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Qualifications

  • Three to five years experience in an office environment.
