The Office Administrator is responsible for managing general reception and providing administrative support to the on-site Team Leader. This role involves handling telephone calls, greeting visitors, maintaining office organization, and coordinating various office operations.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel or department
- Maintain office appearance, including cleanliness of closing rooms after each transaction
- Maintain, order, receive, and organize all office supplies
- Coordinate maintenance and repairs of all office equipment
- Code and review all office related bills for accuracy and prepare daily deposits
- Assist on-site Team Leader with new hire orientation, training plans, and PerformanceOne tasks
- Troubleshoot and assist with office day-to-day issues
Requirements
- 3+ years experience in an office environment
- Excellent computer proficiency, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet
- Strong written, oral communication, and proofreading skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficiency in word processing, email, and data entry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Qualifications
- Three to five years experience in an office environment.
