Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
Active State License
Recent Skilled Nursing experience

Qualifications

Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited educational program
Recent Skilled Nursing experience is required.
