Requirements

  • Tennessee OT license
  • Graduate of AOTA-accredited program
  • NBCOT certified or eligible
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation

Qualifications

  • Graduate of AOTA-accredited program
  • Entry level with SNF experience a plus
