Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality OT services in an office-based outpatient setting
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs
• Deliver therapy sessions with professionalism, compassion, and excellence
• Collaborate with physical therapists and other team members to enhance patient outcomes
• Recommend equipment or home modifications as needed
• Maintain thorough documentation of patient care and progress
• Work closely with senior therapists and benefit from mentorship opportunities

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Current and valid New Jersey OT license
• BLS Certification
