Obstetrics: Director of Inpatient Services

About This Role

This role involves overseeing inpatient obstetrics care across the Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Triage, and Postpartum units at NewYork-Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital. The Director will lead clinical teams, drive quality initiatives, and ensure high-quality patient care in alignment with academic affiliates.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inpatient obstetrics care across Antepartum, Labor & Delivery, Triage, and Postpartum units
• Directly oversee the OBG Hospitalist Group
• Lead and support OB clinical teams
• Ensure high-quality patient care
• Lead quality initiatives and drive process improvement
• Develop protocols and optimize EPIC documentation
• Manage patient flow
• Collaborate with counterparts throughout NewYork-Presbyterian and Weill Cornell Medicine

Requirements

• Board-Certified OB/GYN physician leader
