This role involves preparing and cooking various food items and bakery goods, ensuring adherence to HAACP policies, and managing cash transactions for Branson Public Schools.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of foods and bakery items
- Handle, prepare, and cook food according to HAACP Policy
- Help keep records of daily prepared food items
- Read recipes and follow directions accurately
- Cook food and record quantities prepared on the Production Record
- Record final cooking temperatures on the Production Record
- Ensure quality standards are met by checking raw and cooked foods
- Clean and sanitize work stations before and after food prep
- Set up and stock food lines and monitor food temperatures
- Serve students and teachers in a friendly and efficient manner
Requirements
- Excellent math and cash handling skills
- Computer skills (Word, Excel)
- Ability to pass and maintain Basic Food Handling Certification
- Clearance on satisfactory background check
