Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents under the direction of a Staff Nurse
- Assist residents with meals
- Transfer residents using appropriate assistive devices
- Assist residents with bathing, toileting, dressing, and grooming
- Interact with residents and families on a daily basis
- Use customer service skills to ensure exceptional resident experience
