Assist non-critical patients with daily living activities and provide basic nursing care in the Emergency Department under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living for non-critical patients
- Provide basic nursing care to non-critical patients
- Assist in maintenance of a safe environment under supervision of a Registered Nurse
Requirements
- Knowledge of Medical Terminology
Qualifications
- Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office preferred.
Nice to Have
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate
- Minimum six months previous experience in an acute care hospital or physician's office
Certifications
Current Certified Nursing Assistant certificate (preferred)

Current BLS (AHA) within 30 days of hire
(Required)
Current Behavioral Violence Prevention (BVP) certificate within 6 months of hire
