About This Role

Deliver podiatric-focused care to residents in long-term care, nursing homes, skilled nursing, and senior living facilities. This role offers flexible scheduling and a clinical focus, providing autonomy and work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Provide podiatric care to residents in long-term and senior care facilities
Assess, diagnose, and treat foot and lower limb conditions
Deliver diabetic foot care, wound prevention, and mobility education
Collaborate with facility staff for coordinated, patient-centered care
Participate in Medicare quality programs to ensure top outcomes
Document visits in NextGen EMR on a company-issued iPad

Requirements

Master's degree
Completion of an accredited NP program
Active RN license
NP certification (ANCC or AANP)
BLS certification

Qualifications

Master's degree + completion of an accredited NP program

Nice to Have

2-5 years' experience in podiatry post-training
Long-term care/nursing home experience
ACLS certification
