This full-time, on-site Nurse Practitioner role provides direct patient care, conducts psychiatric assessments, manages medication-assisted treatments, and develops personalized care plans for patients at Lado Healing Institute. The role focuses on addiction and mental health disorders in Bonita Springs, FL, collaborating with a healthcare team and utilizing advanced diagnostic tools.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including conducting psychiatric assessments
- Manage medication-assisted treatments for addiction recovery
- Develop personalized care plans for patients
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to monitor treatment progress
- Educate patients about their condition and treatment options
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools such as pharmacogenetic testing to enhance patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations
- Demonstrate compassionate care
Requirements
- Strong clinical skills in assessing and diagnosing psychiatric conditions alongside treatment planning
- Experience with medication management, including medication-assisted treatment for addiction recovery
- Knowledge of advanced diagnostic tools, including pharmacogenetic testing and computer-assisted diagnosis
- Excellent communication, patient education, and counseling skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a health care team and exhibit empathetic patient care
- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Relevant certifications in psychiatric/mental health or family medicine
