About This Role

Join a dedicated multidisciplinary healthcare team in Chicago, providing comprehensive medical examinations and treatments, including joint and tendon injections, with a high level of autonomy and an off-site supervising physician.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient exam/evaluation including HPI, physical exam, medical history, and review pertinent information/records/imaging
• Order and review diagnostic imaging/labs and testing
• Formulate diagnoses and treatment plans
• Administer treatments including joint injections, tendon injections, and trigger point injections
• Refer patients to other providers as indicated
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation
• Provide patient education regarding diagnosis, treatment options, and pre/post care instructions
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care

Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner license in IL
• Must live within commutable distance in Chicago

Qualifications

• Graduation from an Accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Nice to Have

• Experience with joint injections, tendon injections, and trigger point injections
