About This Role

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients in an outpatient setting, managing acute and chronic conditions and performing preventive care.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive primary care to adult and geriatric patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Perform routine physical exams and preventive care
Prescribe medications and administer vaccinations
Order and interpret lab work and diagnostic tests
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care

Requirements

Active Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license
Florida license required
Board Certified
DEA license (active or eligible)

Nice to Have

Experience in Primary Care / Family Medicine / Internal Medicine
