Nurse Practitioner

About This Role

Join a growing primary care practice as an experienced Nurse Practitioner delivering comprehensive outpatient care. Collaborate with the Medical Director to expand clinical offerings and ensure superior quality of care for patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality primary care to established patients
• Conduct outpatient visits only (no hospital coverage, no call)
• Communicate with patients in person, by phone, email, and mail
• Coordinate referrals for specialty care when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

• Current Massachusetts NP license
• DEA & Massachusetts Controlled Substance Registration
• CPR certification
• Minimum of 5 years primary care experience
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a busy outpatient setting
