About This Role

Provide essential non-medical care and companionship to seniors in their homes, assisting with daily activities and monitoring their well-being. This role offers flexible scheduling and a supportive work environment for dedicated caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Help with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and mobility support
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and report changes in client condition to supervisors
• Follow individualized care plans to ensure client safety and comfort

Requirements

• Compassion for seniors and a dependable work ethic
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel up to 30 minutes for client visits
• Ability to communicate clearly and work independently

Nice to Have

• Prior caregiving or CNA experience
