Join Hilton Los Angeles Airport as a Night Kitchen Cleaner to ensure proper maintenance and sanitation of all kitchen operations and areas. This role focuses on cleaning and organizing kitchen equipment and floors, playing a vital part in maintaining hygiene standards.
Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain floor mats with degreaser
- Ensure drains are properly cleaned and maintained
- Wash, degrease and scrub all floors
- Clean all exhaust hoods and removable vents
- Keep all stoves, oven, salamanders, grills, and fryers clean
- Thoroughly wash, sanitize, and polish all stainless-steel equipment and countertops, including legs and the inside/outside of shelves
Requirements
- Previous cleaning experience
- Attention to detail and organization
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that includes weekdays, evenings, weekends and holidays
- Must be Serv Safe certified
