About This Role

Act as a New Logo Hunter to drive net-new client acquisition and expand existing strategic accounts for IT services, digital operations, and analytics across multiple business domains. This role involves leading complex sales cycles to secure multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and target new companies (Fortune 1000/Global 2000) through outbound efforts, events, and networking for prospecting and pipeline generation
  • Build relationships with senior leaders (C-suite, IT, procurement) to understand client needs
  • Position complex technology and digital solutions (Cloud, AI, Data, UC) to solve business challenges
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead to close, often in complex, long sales cycles
  • Break into new markets or greenfield territories for significant growth
  • Hunt and drive expansion opportunities within new and existing accounts, identifying white space for cross-sell and up-sell
  • Own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and solution qualification to commercial negotiation and closure
  • Develop deal strategies, collaborate with solution teams, and drive executive alignment
  • Partner with account teams to shape and pursue change order opportunities, co-innovation pilots, and digital interventions
  • Secure multi-year, multi-million dollar engagements, particularly in emerging tech spectrum including Data, Analytics, Cloud adaptations, AI / ML
  • Handle the full RFP life cycle

Requirements

  • 16-20 years of IT sales experience
  • Recent five years involved in securing deals in emerging tech spectrum (Data, Analytics, Cloud adaptations, AI / ML)
  • Sales experience in IT services, consulting, or digital transformation
  • Proven "hunter" track record
  • Proven success in driving net new deals and expansion revenue ($5M+ TCV range)
  • Strong domain experience in BFSI, Retail & Commerce (including Supply Chain / Logistics), Manufacturing, Media & Communication
  • Ability to lead multi-stakeholder conversations and influence at the C-suite and SVP level
  • Experience and comfort carrying a sale, booking, and margin target
  • Hands-on experience in full RFP life cycle

Qualifications

  • 16-20 years of overall IT sales experience, with the recent five years involved in emerging tech as explained above
