About This Role

As a New Home Sales Consultant, you will engage with potential homebuyers to guide them through the process of building their dream home, from initial contact to closing.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads for new home sales
  • Welcome potential buyers and showcase home models and communities
  • Partner with homebuyers throughout the entire sales process
  • Collaborate with buyers from offer to closing

Requirements

  • Valid driver’s license
  • Active auto insurance
  • Good driving record
  • Ability to drive homebuyers around the community
