The Sales Representative will showcase model homes, build relationships with buyers and real estate professionals, and implement marketing strategies.
Responsibilities
- Guide prospective homebuyers through their journey of discovering and personalizing their dream home
- Showcase model homes and expertly communicate the unique features and benefits of properties
- Develop and nurture relationships with potential buyers and real estate professionals
- Close sales and manage the process from initial contact through contract signing and construction
- Create and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract new prospects
- Maintain impeccable records and documentation throughout the sales process
Requirements
- Strong sales instincts and a proven track record of closing deals
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficiency with technology, including CRM software, Google Docs, and digital communication tools
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
