Join a Platinum Steelcase Dealer in Bowling Green, KY, to drive new business development in commercial furnishings. This role involves leveraging industry insights, networking with key influencers, and creating lasting relationships to uncover customer needs and provide solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead customer interactions leveraging industry research and insights
- Uncover new business via networking with key influencers including A&D and Commercial Real Estate
- Create lasting relationships with key influencers as well as customers
- Uncover customer needs and position the appropriate solutions
- Manage customer touches and sales forecast in a CRM database
- Grow and manage new as well as existing customer base
- Achieve established sales goals on a quarterly and annual basis
