Neurology Service Coordinator

About This Role

This position is responsible for providing excellent customer service and quality governance within Specialty Clinics, while also performing administrative tasks and coordinating special projects to support Epilepsy providers and improve departmental operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of responsibility for customer service and quality governance in Specialty Clinics
• Manage administrative duties for Epilepsy providers
• Coordinate special projects to enhance departmental operations
• Communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
• Work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
• Multi-task and work efficiently and effectively in an environment with interruptions

Requirements

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in a clinic or acute care setting
• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• Able to relate and communicate positively, effectively, and professionally with others
• Able to work calmly and respond courteously when under pressure
• Critical thinking and crisis intervention skills
• Able to multi-task and work efficiently and effectively in an environment subject to numerous interruptions
• Able to use computer and software programs necessary to the position (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in a clinic or acute care setting

Nice to Have

• Two (2) years of experience in data collection
• Two (2) years of experience in customer service
• Bachelor's Degree
