This role is responsible for building and expanding Dumawall's national distributor network across the USA, primarily focusing on plumbing supply distributors. The manager will leverage existing industry relationships to drive sales growth, support distributors, and identify new business opportunities related to bathroom installations and remodeling.
Responsibilities
- Establish a national distributor network for Dumawall by leveraging existing industry relationships
- Travel extensively (up to 80%) to meet, enroll, and onboard distributors in key markets
- Lead strategic outreach to major bathroom renovation players and coordinate pilot or flagship projects through distributor partners
- Drive ongoing sales growth within the established network through training, support, and performance tracking
- Identify new business opportunities—projects, spec opportunities, commercial or residential developments—and direct them to distributors for evaluation and execution
Requirements
- 7+ years in business development or sales leadership within plumbing supply distribution or related industries
- Established national relationships with distributors, showrooms, or renovation channel partners
- History of successfully launching a new product line and scaling market adoption
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and strategic planning skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Qualifications
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in sales or business administration
- 7+ years in business development or sales leadership within plumbing supply distribution or related industries
