Lead planning and design for municipal infrastructure projects, manage client relationships, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead design and planning for water mains and sanitary and storm sewer projects
- Prepare utility master plans, feasibility studies, and preliminary engineering reports
- Develop design documents and specifications for bidding
- Submit construction permits to regulatory agencies
- Manage municipal utility projects from concept to completion
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and clear communication
- Collaborate with technical staff across Fishbeck offices to deliver integrated engineering services
- Support proposal development and participate in qualifications submissions
- Engage daily with project teams in a multi-discipline, multi-office environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
- 10+ years of experience in utility design
- Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Proficiency in Civil 3D
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
