About This Role

Deliver Multisystemic Therapy (MST) to emotionally and behaviorally challenged youth and their families in crisis. Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and build collaborative relationships with stakeholders to create lasting positive change.

Responsibilities

  • Provide intensive in-home therapeutic services using evidence-based models (MST, CBT-PSB, Structural/Strategic Family Therapy)
  • Empower parents with enhanced directiveness, affective warmth, and monitoring skills
  • Conduct thorough assessments
  • Develop effective treatment plans
  • Build collaborative relationships with schools, juvenile justice, social services, and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling
  • A car and valid driver's license

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling

Nice to Have

  • Mental health professional licensure (LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, LMFT)
  • Spanish language fluency
