Move & Pack Lead/Driver

About This Role

Serve as a Move & Pack Lead/Driver, responsible for leading teams in moving and packing customers' items both at residences and in the warehouse, while providing exceptional customer service and ensuring operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Work in a hybrid role as a Warehouse Lead and Lead Driver, performing shifts in both settings
• Move, pack, load, and unload customers’ items onsite at their place of residence and in the warehouse
• Act as the face of Clutter by delivering exceptional customer service
• Fulfill inbound, outbound, and transfer operations for Clutter's warehouse
• Drive a team of helpers to complete 1-3 moving/storage jobs per day
• Coordinate tasks with teams of 2-3 associates
• Move, pack, scan, and categorize customer items using a self-built mobile iPhone app
• Ensure process is followed by performing frequent quality audits
• Manage stocking of warehouse supplies in designated areas
• Maintain a high level of safety, strong quality of work, and excellent customer experience on each job

Requirements

• At least 21 years of age
• Standard driver's license
• Ability to pass a physical exam
• Weekend availability
• Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50lb regularly
• Ability to be on feet for the entire shift (up to 8 hours/day)
• Ability to track and manage data using smartphone software
• Reliable transportation to and from work

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent
