Support Wholesale Account Executives by handling administrative tasks, managing loan documentation, and ensuring a smooth mortgage application process. Act as the primary point of contact for brokers and clients to drive sales performance and deliver exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities
- Assist Wholesale Account Executives with managing and nurturing leads
- Serve as the first point of contact for Brokers, answering questions, gathering information, and assisting with loan structure
- Prepare and organize loan files, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete and compliant
- Communicate with clients, realtors, title companies, and other stakeholders throughout the mortgage process
- Maintain up-to-date records in CRM and loan origination systems (e.g., MLM (LendingQB)
- Monitor pipeline activity and follow up on outstanding tasks or documentation
- Help ensure a seamless and positive borrower / broker experience from application through closing
Requirements
- 2+ years experience in Mortgage Sales or Processing
- Extensive experience with Non-QM loans
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and mortgage/CRM software tools
- Knowledge of the mortgage loan process (conventional, FHA, VA, Non-QM)
- High school diploma
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- 2+ years of experience in Mortgage Sales or Processing

- Experience with Meridian Link Mortgage (LendingQB)
