Mobility Rounder Technician

About This Role

Assist Patient Care Associates and Nurses with passive and active mobilization of patients across various age groups, working under the guidance of a primary care RN. This role involves direct patient interaction and requires attention to detail and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Assist Patient Care Associates and Nurses with passive mobilization of patients
• Assist Patient Care Associates and Nurses with active mobilization of patients
• Work under the guidance of the primary care RN with a variety of age groups
• Perform work accurately and pay attention to details
• Change from one task to another without loss of efficiency
• Function competently in a changing work environment related to fluctuating patient needs
• Effectively communicate and interact with patients, family members, nursing staff, rehab staff, case management, and other multidisciplinary team members
• Utilize effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities
• Effectively problem-solve

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Current BLS Certification
• Keyboard Skills
• Individual willing to learn and be able to work with patients
• Ability to perform work accurately and pay attention to details
• Ability to change from one task to another without loss of efficiency
• Ability to function competently in a changing work environment related to fluctuating patient needs
• Ability to effectively communicate and interact with patients, family members, nursing staff, rehab staff, case management and other multidisciplinary team members
• Ability to utilize effective time management to set priorities and perform job-related responsibilities
• Ability to effectively problem-solve

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No previous experience required.
